I wanted to write the review for Kristy McCullough who was my realtor. I would first like to say from the moment I first had contact with her, she was professional and super quick to response to my messages. She always accommodated to my schedule and met with my wife and I right away to show us the new build condo we had our eyes on. She answered all of my questions and was always in communication with me about everything. She advocated for us and made sure the builder gave us the best deal on purchase price. She also made sure she spoke with title company and everyone who played a part in us needing to close on the condo. When it was time for pre-walk through she was present and looked meticulously around the condo to help spot out minor things that needed to be fixed before we closed. I really appreciated how she did not just stand around in the background but was active and she was spotting out paint/drywall touchups that we didn't even notice. She also traveled over to meet us at title company to sign documents in the same day even though she had a lot of other duties that same day. With the few days leading up to actually closing on condo, she made sure everything was ready for us and there would be no issues on the day of. She even went above and beyond to go to the condo the day before closing to complete another inspection and even placed a ribbon decoration on our front door and a nice thoughtful card plus wine! I was in awe that she over exceeded our expectations and is truly an A+ realtor! Even the other staff at condo stated they never seen another realtor this involved and decorating clients door. My wife and I both agree she is AMAZING and truly LOVES her job and wants the best experience for each client! I recommend her 100% to anyone looking for a home or just need a rockstar realtor!
