Surprise AZ, in the west valley of the Phoenix metropolitan area is known for baseball Spring Training, great sports and recreation centers and top notch hiking and mountain biking at the White Tanks mountains. Though Toll Brothers normally focuses on luxury single family, lock-and-leave demand has caught their attention, and they have started building condos and townhomes in the bay area and in Las Vegas. Luxury features also translate to condos, with high ceilings, open floorplans and generously sized patios and balconies. All condos have a 2-car garage, though some floorplans have tandem garages. There are floorplans that have living space on on one level, and others that are townhome style, with two-level living.

Sterling Ridge is "out there" on the far west side of the valley, but this area is growing fast, and it has the advantage of all new construction you can't find in the more established parts of Phoenix and Scottsdale.
