Condo prices are going up in Phoenix!  Condos sold in the first quarter of 2016 went up 8.3% from the first quarter a year ago, as shown by the median price of $131,000.

Action increased the most in the midtown Phoenix area, with 215 sold versus 145 in the first quarter of 2015.  This area is getting a ton of new restaurants, a few new boutique condo developments and expanded lightrail coverage. Communities like 240 Missouri and Las Brisas were well represented in the solds. 

Only 2 condos sold for over a million.  Both were at Chateau on Central but have substantial square footage.  Fairway Lodge at the Biltmore had 2 sales at $850,000 and $925,000.
