Desert Ridge condo owners are gaining just one more reason to live here - that is High Street, a growing destination for restaurants and entertainment.  After a wobbly start just over 9 years ago, High Street has taken advantage of the onsite small business owners and employees, Residences at High Street apartment residents and of course the local condo owners, to craft a set of offerings that differs widely from the Desert Ridge shopping center next door.

You don't have to go farther than High Street to get your workout, hair cut, and nails done.  Also popular is Pinspiration, a great place to have a party or take an art class.  Need a quick bite?  Head over to the Sprouts express grocery for all the staples.

High Street is the place to be for a local Farmer's Market once a month.  Don't be surprised to see a street concert once in a while, with some well known bands, but several restaurants have nightly entertainment as well. If you're in need of a smile, then head over to the House of Comedy on High Street, with comedians featured most nights.

Happy Hour!

High Street at happy hour is the place to be in Desert Ridge, as most of the restaurants offer discounted drinks and food.  You can get a glass of wine and a sushi roll at Kona Grill for $11.  Or grab a beer and 2 tacos for $12 at Modern Margarita.  Best of all, most restaurants have bar areas that have a combination of indoor and outdoor seating, taking advantage of our mild weather for most of the year.

How to Live Near High Street

If this sounds so wonderful you want to walk here, then there are two condo communities for you: Toscana condo residents are out the guard gate and right across the street from High Street.  Bella Monte Desert Ridge residents have an easy quarter-mile walk.   There are other Desert Ridge Condos to choose from as well.
