Matt was born and raised in Montana where he ran several successful businesses. He moved to Phoenix in 1989 and became a full time Real Estate agent in 1995 and was awarded the 1996 West Valley top producer for his company. He's been through several real estate cycles which has given him comprehensive knowledge and experience with REOs, short sales and land sales. Matt has also worked for a new home builder which helps him advocate for his clients in new build purchases.
