Built in 1999, this community of 240 condos is a short walk to Papago Park, a longer (but manageable) walk to the light rail, and a bike ride to ASU without being too close. Residents are a short drive to the 202 freeway and a short drive to the airport.
The pool and clubhouse are first class, and surrounded by nice foliage and a view of the small lake and waterfall. Sand volleyball courts, small but well stocked work-out room, and nice looking community room make this development one of my favorites in the area when it comes to great price in a good place.
