Built in 1999, Riverwalk is a short walk to Papago Park, a longer (but manageable) walk to the light rail, and a bike ride to ASU without being too close.

Ok, this little story has nothing to do with Phoenix Condos, but anyone living near Papago Park may be interested in knowing that parts of Papago Park were once part of a German POW camp that housed over 400 prisoners.
