A Papago Park Story
Ok, this little story has nothing to do with Phoenix Condos, but anyone living near Papago Park may be interested in knowing that parts of Papago Park were once part of a German POW camp that housed over 400 prisoners. Here’s an interesting story about those POWS and their “daring” escape (right out of a scene from Hogan’s Heroes, only from the other side).
