Portland On the Park

One of the newest additions to the Phoenix skyline is Portland on the Park. The four, twelve and fourteen-story towers are situated off of Central Avenue, nearby to Roosevelt Row and next to sister property Portland Place and along the southern edge of Margaret T. Hance Park. And while Portland on the Park and Portland Place share the same developers and a similar style, they are separate communities.

Thoughtful and Sustainable Design

Portland on the Park floor plans and design elements combine the best of urban lofts with sustainable features and thoughtful finishes. Residents can expect to see exposed ductwork and open space in some condos, but many floorplans are sleek, contemporary designs. The materials and finishes are high end, with hardwood floors, nine foot tall ceilings, quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, and gas cooktops are just a few of the luxury details. In the bathroom, frameless glass showers and floating millwork vanities are the norm.

Depending on the direction the condo faces, residents will have spectacular views of  downtown Phoenix or the Margaret T. Hance Park. Studio and one bedroom condos range in size from 745 to 1240 square feet. Two bedroom plans are 1,100 to 2100 square feet, with some having an additional study. The space and views in the three-bedroom condos epitomize luxury urban living and range from 1,940 to 2,200 square feet

The Height of Urban Living

The exceptional amenities of Portland on the Park don’t end in the condos. Emphasis is placed on the community and urban lifestyle. The first floor of the development is dedicated to commercial space to house a range of companies and services. A state-of-the-art workout facility with room for yoga and a resort-like pool are perfect for unwinding and staying sharp. A rooftop common area with barbeque and fire pit make mingling and entertaining that much easier. Then there are the sustainable features, like plenty of bike storage and electric car charging stations.

Residents don’t need to venture far from home to enjoy the downtown Phoenix scene. Eclectic art galleries and trendy restaurants and bars are sprinkled within blocks, especially on the popular Roosevelt Row. Museums, sports venues, college campuses and corporate offices are all  easily accessible by foot or light rail. Bordering Margaret T. Hance Park offers outdoor options too, and residents will like the "town square" feel of Portland Street, with plenty of grassy areas and a quiet street that isn't used as a thoroughfare.

Condos at Portland on the Park are in demand, with very little inventory available normally. Contact us if you’d like more information.
