Liz is the team lead, and works with both buyers and sellers. She grew up in Phoenix, but has lived in Florida, the S.F. Bay Area, and Lake Tahoe. With her numerous moves for both family and her profession, she understands the importance of finding the right home. Previously a published author and corporate trainer, she has since transferred her love of teaching and writing to real estate. Liz specializes in Scottsdale and the North Phoenix area, though she has logged many driving hours in all parts of the valley.

Karla Haremza

Karla is the team's closing coordinator and synchronizes all phases of the closing process. She works with your buyer's agent and with you to make sure you receive and understand any paperwork associated with the successful purchase of your home. The escrow period can be a stressful time and Karla goes the extra mile, such as sending a courier to deliver paperwork, explaining documents, and rescheduling an inspector.
